Logistics Specialist (All Locations)
LTL Operations Specialist (Corporate)
As an LTL Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) division at NTG. The position includes overseeing the quoting process for all NTG branches, coordinating directly with our LTL partner carriers, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the department.
Centralized Capacity Representative (Corporate)
As a Centralized Capacity Representative, you will be responsible for building profitable, long-lasting relationships with all carrier partners, working directly with the sales teams in every office, and coordinating transactions between both. Day to day activities will revolve around “selling” NTG shipments to new and existing carriers and building a network of carrier relationships countrywide.
Carrier Operations Specialist (All Locations)
As a Carrier Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily operating tasks of new and existing business. The Carrier Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing shipments and assisting in the growth and development of their office. Day to day activities will revolve around negotiating daily freight rates with carriers and maintaining dispatch and driver information on all shipments.
Carrier Relations Specialist (Corporate)
As a Carrier Relations Specialist you will be responsible for developing carrier relations by verifying carrier eligibility, maintaining daily risk management, and either authorizing or disqualifying carriers in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives. Day to day activities will revolve around claims and reports for NTG and the communication with insurance companies, carriers, agents, and corporate staff via phone, email and instant message.
LTL Freight Auditor (Corporate)
As an LTL Freight Auditor, you will be responsible for the daily auditing of the Less-Than-Truckload (“LTL”) division at NTG. The position includes analyzing invoices and Proofs of Delivery (PODs) for LTL shipments in all NTG branches, coordinating directly with our LTL partner carriers, our customers, and our Accounting department, resolving billing discrepancies as they arise, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the LTL department. As an LTL Freight Auditor you will negotiate charges with our carriers directly, inform our customers of rate changes, as well as provide support for our Accounting team.
Accounts Payable: Billing Analyst (Corporate)
As an Accounts Payable Billing Analyst you will be responsible for invoicing customers daily and monitoring, proofing, and processing incoming documentation with attention to detail in the prevention of fraudulent activity. Day to day activities will revolve around coordinating and maintaining records for invoices, proof of deliveries, and load documentation.
Accounts Receivable Analyst (Corporate)
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst you will be responsible for growing and sustaining our business primarily through handling collections and receivables from clients. Day to day activities will revolve around monitoring existing accounts, building relationships with our clients and customers, and working closely with all other employees on the team in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives.
Systems Analyst (Corporate)
As a Systems Analyst you will be responsible for providing maintenance of the computer desk top environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT help desk. Day to day activities include support of the company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks also include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
.NET Developer (Corporate)
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for providing full cycle application design and development, performing requirements analysis, detail design, troubleshooting, source code construction, system testing, integration testing, and implementation for reports. The .NET Developer is also responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining systems based on incoming change request and break-fixes, creating and maintaining stored procedures and interacting with team members when developing interfaces, researching, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Recruiting Specialist (Corporate)
As a recruiting specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent throughout our different locations. Day to day activities include ability to assess potential interviewee candidates through conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews for regional managers, and attending career fairs and attending other career related events.
